We've been in the kitchen cooking up something new!

Experience the taste of authentic Sri Lankan cuisine at our roaming pop up food stall, The Hopper Pan and watch our chefs cook your hoppers right in front of you.

What are hoppers?
Hoppers are made of rice flour and coconut milk (vegan friendly), and cooked in a special pan to create a bowl shaped pancake that's crispy at the edges and soft in the middle. A popular variation is to crack an egg inside the hopper and let it cook. 

What are hoppers eaten with?
Your hoppers will come with the option of a tasty Sri Lankan chicken curry, lentils and a coconut sambol. 

Not hungry enough for a full meal?
Try our patties that are made with handmade, handrolled pastry filled with a Sri Lankan style vegetarian mixture or fish filling or beef filling (subject to availability)
