Blue Spirulina Yoghurt Bowl

 Ingredients

  • Half a teaspoon of blue spirulina 
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut cream
  • 2 cups of yoghurt or smoothie base of your choice 
  • 2 table spoons of desiccated coconut
  • Blueberries to garnish

Method

Mix the blue spirulina and coconut cream together. (you can add more or less spirulina depending on how bright you want your bowl to be).

 Mix yoghurt or smoothie base with 1 table spoon of desiccated coconut.

Pour yoghurt or smoothie base into your Thatch'd Roof coconut bowl.

Start pouring the spirulina mix over the top slowly. Use a skewer or knife tip to spread the colour out and create the marbled effect.

Sprinkle the top with the remaining desiccated coconut and blueberries.
